Founder Clifford Walsh had just welcomed his daughter into the world. Between the late-night feedings, the early morning wake-ups, and those quiet moments in between — an idea began to take shape.

The Kentucky Connection

Working with Southern Specialty Spirits in Lancaster, Kentucky, we set out to create something worthy of the Girl Dad name. A 7-year aged, 101-proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey — bold enough to stand on its own, smooth enough to savor.

The Founders Batch represents our inaugural release. A limited run of bottles marking the first chapter of what we hope will be a lasting tradition.
